With second subject – Science
Teachers’ Pay Scale (London fringe)
Are you passionate about teaching and have the ability to inspire students?
Do you believe that there are no limits to student achievement?
From September 19/January 20 we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified PE teacher, who will enjoy working in a school that values and delivers excellent professional development. The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students through their passion for the subject, and have a firm belief in the potential of all students. The ability to offer Science as a second subject is essential.
PE is taught from KS3 to KS5 and is a very successful option at GCSE producing consistently good results with vocational sport courses being delivered as well at KS4 and KS5. We are looking for someone with excellent subject knowledge in both PE and Science who is keen to try new ideas in a supportive environment. There is an extensive extra-curricular PE programme in place and you must be willing to take part in this.
Applications are welcome from experienced colleagues who are looking for a change or new teachers who are starting on their career path. For anyone considering returning to teaching you will be fully supported back into the classroom. We offer excellent NQT support including a bespoke programme of training and mentors and there are excellent opportunities for professional development.
