It has yet again been another busy week at the school and wonderful to see how positively all students are making the start of the new academic year. With a number of superb new staff joining our existing talented and hardworking colleagues, the future looks very bright and I know the school will continue to move from strength to strength.
There have been a number of major developments in the environment for learning which are also having a huge impact in building on the successful ethos and culture of the school.
As the photo shows (with our new Year 7 students waiting for their Main School Assembly to start this morning) one major example has been the installation of the professional theatre raked seating and the industry-standard, fully sprung dance floor in the Main Hall. This central space has now been transformed into a prestigious theatre and dance space. It will be used for all school assemblies, parents’ information evenings and the great variety of different school events and productions, as well as being a superb teaching space for our new outstanding Dance Teacher Ms Rowden.
As we continue to work together across the school community I know we will continue to see all students achieve their true potential and truly Aspire to Achieve. Do make sure that you click on the link to read about the rest of this week’s BMS News……..
With best wishes for an enjoyable weekend,
