Executive Principal’s Blog – 12.12.25 ‘Christmas is in the Air!’ It has been a lovely week this week in school and we have combined some great learning opportunities with lovely festive community-focussed events. On Tuesday the school held its first Festive Fayre with food and Christmas gift stalls, an open fire and barbeque, a raffle, Santa’s Grotto and the superb performances from the Little Reddings’ Choir, all organised and led by Mrs Isles and with the purpose of creating a great community spirit and also raising money for charity. This event was followed by one of the best Christmas Soiree’s ever with students from all year groups in the school performing a whole host of stunning festive pieces on stage in the Main Hall to a very appreciate audience. On Thursday we had Christmas Jumper Day and Christmas Lunch and our amazing Sixth Formers donated a significant number of Christmas boxes packed full of goodies and practical gifts to Herts Young Homeless at the end of their hugely successful and enjoyable lunchtime Christmas party. As always do click on the link to read this week’s BMS News highlighting some of the other things that have been happening this week. With best wishes for a great weekend.
