Executive Principal’s Blog – 30.1.26: ‘Superb Dance Showcase’
I would like to thank all the staff and students involved in the superb GCSE and A Level Dance Showcase that took place on Wednesday evening of this week. There were over 40 incredibly talented students involved and every performance was first class, had obviously been very carefully rehearsed over many weeks and months and the attention to detail that had been given to every aspect of the choreography on display was stunning. It was an amazing event and really showcased the very best of Bushey Meads School. The audience were really blown away by the standard of dances being performed and the energy, enthusiasm and total professionalism of all the students involved. Evenings like this I know don’t happen without many hours of dedicated teaching, after school sessions, careful planning and dedicated rehearsal and the giving of great attention to detail with all the technical aspects of the show. On that note the technical aspects of the show took the evening to the next level. The joyful and exuberant atmosphere throughout the evening once again epitomised what makes the culture at Bushey Meads so positive.
