Executive Principal’s Blog – 31.1.25: ‘A Real Mind to Be Kind’
Students at Bushey Meads continue to inspire us in the way they so positively contribute to our own community and the community beyond our school.
Just this week I heard about the outstanding efforts of Zak in 11 Elm who recently completed a 26.2-mile run throughout the month of January and managed to raise over £1,250 for Prostate Cancer UK. As he said himself ‘It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience’ and he’s quite rightly really proud of what he was able to achieve.
We are hoping to publish a short article in next week’s newsletter about his fundraising efforts so that he can share his experience and perhaps inspire others to take on similar challenges.
