Executive Principal’s Blog – 6.2.26: ‘Creative Collaborations’
It has been another busy week in the life of our school and the Bushey St James Trust and one that has ended with me having the privilege of joining the strategy day for the Greenshaw Learning Trust, a growing multi academy trust based across the South West region of nearly 40 primary and secondary schools. I was asked to chair their Annual General Meeting for Members and Trustees at the start of the day but then participated in their ongoing strategic trust board and directors’ discussions which was also an opportunity to share best practice from our own educational setting. The pictures show some of the high level presentations and discussion that formed part of the day. Collaborations continue to be brokered within and beyond our school for benefit of all the students in our care and we hope that our continued learnings serve to shape the ongoing improvement journey of our school and trust.
I would like to thank all staff for their hard work and continued commitment to BMS and congratulate all our students for their ongoing hard work. Parents and carers continue to contribute massively and it was great to see so many attend our Parent Forums hosted by our two Deputy Headteachers on Wednesday of this week.
With best wishes for a good and restful weekend and, as always, don’t forget to click on the link to this week’s BMS News.
