I would like to thank once again all the staff at Bushey Meads School who are so effectively supporting all our students to Aspire to Achieve, but especially those students who are in the middle of and approaching external examinations at both GCSE and A level. The results that these students attain in August of this year will be the all-important keys to open doors to sixth form study opportunities, university places and apprenticeships – doors that will lead to happy and successful careers and varied, exciting opportunities throughout their lives.
Amidst the continued focus on lessons, additional classes, revision sessions and the new BMS Study Saturday opportunities, it was wonderful to see so many students from all year groups in the school participating in our first ever House Music Competition last week. The event was an amazing occasion that showcased some superb talent from within our school; an evening that reminded us of how our House system is really strengthening the already strong family atmosphere in our wonderful school community.
