Pastoral Administration Support Officer

 From September 2020 we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our highly effective pastoral team.  This is an important role within the school community and the Pastoral Team are a central hub in the school.  It is a varied position with no two days being the same.

  • Someone with a confident understanding of working with young people
  • Is a positive team player
  • An individual with effective communication skills both written and oral
  • Confidence in working with computers and the ability to produce relevant reports/letters
  • A person with a flexible and ‘can-do’ approach

The post is for 37 hours per week (excluding unpaid breaks), term-time + 1 week to include 5 INSET days.  The salary for this post is APT&C points 8 – 15 plus London Fringe, paid pro-rata and based on experience.  The actual pro-rata salary range is £16,983pa – £19,508pa + £744pa.
