As Bushey Meads continues to improve in all areas, not least with the all-important GCSE and A level results, it is no surprise that more and more students want to come to our school. We have noted a huge increase in our Sixth Form applications and just last week I spoke to a number of potential BMS Sixth Formers waiting for their interviews from a whole array of different schools in both Hertfordshire and our local London boroughs.
Admission numbers to Year 7 have also increased immensely and local primary schools are sending many more students to BMS – not surprising when you see the striking improvements we are making to our school environment, the outstanding practice in lessons across the school and speak to our wonderful students themselves – such great ambassadors for our learning community.
