With one week to go before the end of term, Christmas is definitely in the air at BMS and yesterday the whole school Christmas lunch was a really festive affair; full traditional Christmas dinner was served in our lovely restaurant and students were able to sit in their form groups with their tutors and enjoy the occasion.
Another major event that took place this week was the school’s now annual More Able Evening. Led and hosted by Assistant Headteacher Mr Fisher and attended by over 600 students, parents and carers, the event was packed full of inspirational advice, strategies and ideas to ensure that all our students who have been identified as More Able in subjects across the curriculum aim and reach for those A*s at GCSE and A level in the future. A truly inspirational evening that will inevitably encourage all our students to really Aspire to Achieve.
With best wishes for a good weekend and don’t forget to click on the link to read about the rest of this week’s BMS News……..
