Executive Principal’s Blog – 4 December 2015

The highlight of another busy week at Bushey Meads School was undoubtedly the wonderful Celebration Evening held on Thursday for all the BMS students who participated in the National Youth Games at Stoke Mandeville earlier this term. It was a real privilege to be able to present the certificates that recognised their amazing talent and talk to so many inspiring students and their families. I would like to thank Nicky Day – Team Leader for our superb TAPIs and all the staff who helped to arrange and support the event.

Next week, following our early finish at 1.30 pm for staff training on Tuesday, we are holding our very special More Able Evenings for students and parents. I look forward to meeting all the invited students and their parents and carers and be able to celebrate the next steps in our journey of encouraging and supporting all our students to Aspire to Achieve and truly reach their potential in all subjects across our vibrant curriculum.

With best wishes for a good weekend and don’t forget to click on the link to read about the rest of this week’s BMS News……..
