19th October 2018: Creating a Culture of Stretch and Challenge!

As a school within our innovative and forward thinking Multi Academy Trust we continue to set the standard and also demonstrate a real willingness to share best practice with other schools across the country. Our outstanding practitioners across our classrooms are continually moving their pedagogy forward and encouraging others to do likewise – always for the benefit of the young people in our care.

On Monday 5th November as a school we our hosting our first Bushey St James Trust Conference for all staff across the Trust. We have chosen the theme of Creating a Culture of Stretch and Challenge and are excited by the impact it will have across all three schools.

In addition to this, through our wider working partnership with the national ‘By Leaders for Leaders’ organisation, we are also encouraging delegates from across the country to join us through offering free places at the conference – putting the Bushey St James Trust firmly on the regional and national map.
