Executive Principal’s Blog – 2.10.20: ‘Outstanding Leadership Support from BMS’
 After being approached by Hertfordshire County Council in recent weeks to offer much needed leadership support to a local school, I am delighted to let you know that our current outstanding Deputy Headteacher Mrs Ash has been appointed to be the Interim Headteacher at Falconers School. Mrs Ash will be based at Falconers School but will continue to meet regularly with myself as the Executive Principal and indeed the other Head Teachers within the Bushey St James Trust, retaining very strong links with the staff and students at Bushey Meads.
 With the quality of leadership across the organisation to support this venture, we are currently recruiting from experienced key leaders to strengthen the existing senior leadership team and will continue the direction of travel for embedding excellence in all areas. On that note we are delighted that Mr Searle our current Senior Assistant Headteacher has been appointed to be the Acting Deputy Headteacher at Bushey Meads.
These are very exciting opportunities for Mrs Ash and Mr Searle as we continue as a school within the Bushey St James Trust to influence and support the educational landscape in the local area. As parents and carers I know you will join me in congratulating them both on their new roles.
